We are urgently look for Technical textiles R&D specialist. 


Responsibilities:


  • Develop high-performance textiles (e.g., flame-resistant, ballistic, or phase-change materials).
  • Optimize melt-spinning & needle-punching processes for nonwoven composites.
  • Conduct DSC/TGA analysis for polymer degradation thresholds.
  • Collaborate with DoD contractors on MIL-SPEC fabric certifications.
  • Troubleshoot yarn tensile defects using ASTM D2256 testing protocols.


Requirements:


  • BS/MS in Textile Engineering or Polymer Science.
  • Hands-on experience with Instron, SEM, and FTIR spectroscopy.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
