We are an engineering powerhouse focused on mission-critical mobility, renewable propulsion, and advanced avionics. Our culture prizes systems thinking, continuous learning, and research-driven innovation. You will influence products that safeguard lives, reduce emissions, and push technical boundaries.

Responsibilities

- Shape end-to-end system architecture, flows, and interfaces using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler.

- Translate stakeholder needs into layered, testable requirements in DOORS Next.

- Lead trade studies—balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability—through MATLAB/Simulink modeling and Ansys simulations.

- Maintain the Interface Control Document, ensuring seamless hand-offs among mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

- Drive risk management: build and update FMEA artifacts, propose mitigation paths, monitor residual risk.

- Craft V-Model–aligned Verification & Validation plans; synchronize with agile sprint cycles for incremental proofs.

- Champion MBSE best practices; mentor engineers on SysML patterns, parametrics, and simulation-based design.

- Collaborate with program management to align technical scope, schedule, and earned value metrics.

- Coordinate integration events—both virtual and on-site—to resolve cross-functional issues rapidly.

- Present architecture baselines, trade conclusions, and V&V status to senior leadership and external auditors.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.

- 5+ years as a Systems Design Engineer on multidisciplinary products.

- Proven command of SysML, Cameo, and DOORS (or equivalent).

- Hands-on MATLAB/Simulink and Ansys for dynamic and thermal analysis.

- Demonstrated success orchestrating FMEA, interface control, and V-Model or Agile-V workflows.

- Working knowledge of CAD integrations with MBSE repositories.

- Strong communication—able to distill complex tradeoffs into crisp, executive-level narratives.

- Eligibility to work with ITAR-restricted data (citizenship or permanent residency).

- Ability to operate in a distributed team across time zones; occasional travel for integration test windows.
