Structural Engineer

A leading engineering firm specializing in structural design and analysis for a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, bridges, and infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
• Perform structural assessments and evaluations of existing structures.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in structural engineering design (internships included).
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RISA) and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
