Senior BIM Architect

BIM Dynamo AutoDesk Navisworks Revit Python

The position of Senior BIM Architect is opened. 


Project: Mixed-use high-rise development residential/commercial/retail.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead development and management of LOD 400+ BIM models (Revit) across all project phases (SD, DD, CD)
  • Implement automation scripts (Dynamo/Python) to optimize workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Conduct clash detection (Navisworks/BIM 360) and coordinate between MEP, structural, and façade teams
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards (ISO 19650) while mentoring junior staff
  • Generate construction documentation and participate in VDC coordination meetings.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years managing BIM for large-scale projects ($50M+ budget)
  • Expertise in Revit API, COBie data, and 4D/5D simulation workflows
  • Autodesk Certified Professional preferred
  • Working knowledge of modular construction coordination.
