Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering.
- 5+ years in research & development or NPI within regulated or high-tech industries.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one mainstream CAD package (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or CATIA).
- Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing, rapid machining, and bench-level prototyping.
- Strong command of statistical methods, DoE, and Monte Carlo analysis for risk reduction.
- Comfortable writing LabVIEW or MATLAB scripts for test automation and data reduction.
