Historic landmark adaptive reuse project is in need of Preservation Engineering Specialist.


Among main responsibilities:


  • Conduct laser scanning (Faro/Leica) and material analysis (IR thermography);
  • Design structural interventions for terra cotta/stone façades using FRP and lime injection systems;
  • Prepare HABS documentation and Secretary of Interior Standards compliance reports.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years in historic restoration projects;
  • Knowledge of ASTM E2128 and mortar compatibility analysis;
  • PE license (Structural) strongly preferred;
  • Experience with cast iron repair techniques.
