Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating construction activities on commercial real estate projects for our clients.
  • Support the development and monitoring of construction schedules, cost estimates, and work plans.
  • Ensure compliance with project documentation, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Participate in quality control inspections of construction work and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, analyzing deviations from plans, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Help resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process.


Requirements:

  • Higher education in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred (1-3 years) in commercial real estate construction.
  • Familiarity with current regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
