Responsibilities 

- Develop, update, and manage federated 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.  

- Perform clash detection in Navisworks Manage, issue actionable coordination reports, and lead resolution workshops.  

- Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and fabrication sheets directly from Revit models.  

- Build 4D schedules in Synchro and 5D cost simulations to support planning, bidding, and value engineering.  

- Establish, document, and enforce BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, and data-exchange protocols.  

- Automate repetitive tasks with Dynamo scripts; explore APIs for further process acceleration.  

- Train design, field, and estimating staff on model navigation, markup, and data extraction workflows.  

- Maintain model data integrity throughout design, pre-construction, and as-built handover phases.  

- Collaborate daily with architects, engineers, trade partners, and owners—virtually or on-site.  

- Champion continuous improvement of digital design standards and emerging technology adoption.


Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.  

- 4+ years professional experience as BIM Engineer, VDC Specialist, or BIM Manager on U.S. building projects.  

- Expert-level proficiency with Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / ACC, and AutoCAD.  

- Demonstrated success leading interdisciplinary coordination sessions and resolving clashes.  

- Working knowledge of Synchro, Solibri, and common CDE environments; Primavera P6 or MS Project a plus.  

- Hands-on Dynamo scripting—or comparable visual programming—experience.  

- Adept at reading construction drawings, specifications, and subcontractor submittals.  

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.  

- Authorized to work in the United States; willing to travel occasionally to project sites.  

- Comfortable with hybrid or fully remote collaboration within U.S. time zones.


What Makes You Stand Out
