BIM Architect

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join the design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Revit models throughout all project phases. This role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain detailed Revit models (LOD 300-400) for architectural and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Manage BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360 and resolve conflicts in coordination with MEP/structural teams.
  • Produce construction documentation (drawings, schedules, and details) from BIM models.
  • Assist in BIM execution planning (BEP) and help implement project-specific BIM protocols.
  • Train and support team members in Revit best practices and emerging BIM technologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, budget-compliant BIM deliverables.


Required Qualifications:


  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in BIM/Revit-based architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA E203) and LOD specifications.
  • Experience with clash detection, 4D/5D BIM, and VDC processes.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Architectural degree or equivalent technical certification.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) or similar certification.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial, healthcare, or mixed-use projects.
  • Knowledge of parametric design and computational workflows (Grasshopper, Python scripting).
