● Compliance with company policies and procedures with respect to department operations, quality, safe food handling, to ensure compliance with state, federal and OSHA safety and sanitation regulations. ● Stocking and rotating product to maintain displays, freshness, and quality. ● Unloading and breaking down deliveries as needed; stocking cases and coolers with products. ● Maintaining proper product assortment, merchandising and product quality on the sales floor. ● Cutting and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables for display. ● Other duties as assigned.

● Growing ornamental plants in a greenhouse. ● Managing daily crop care (watering, drenching, spraying) efforts to maximize production. ● Managing all aspects of the Horticulture processes and procedures in an assigned area, including but not limited to; propagation, fertilization, irrigation, chemical application, plant maintenance and other crop needs on a daily basis. ● Assisting in crop maintenance tasks as needed (pinching, trimming, shearing, and cleaning). ● Working with IPM team sharing responsibility scouting for pests and disease. ● Recording and reporting all data required to the supervisor. ● Recording and reporting inputs like water, feed, PGR, on all crops for all stages of production. ● Documenting, assisting and consulting with grower for various trials being performed in the greenhouse. ● Greenhouse cleanliness and sanitation within designated areas. ● Housekeeping, sanitation and weed control for designated areas at all times. ● Responsible for fertilizer stock and preparation, pH/EC sampling and testing. ● Daily EC and pH measurement, weekly soil analysis for EC and pH, and media/foliar sampling for lab analysis. ● Performing consistent crop and irrigation system inspections to ensure moisture requirement is up to standard. ● Configuring overhead irrigation and drip irrigation.
