● Technical feasibility and cost analysis: From the ideas of designers or architects, I define the technical feasibility for new products, in order to estimate the production process and the investments required, such as the costs of molds and tools. ● Executive drawings and production planning: Realization of 3D executive drawings and checking the production life cycle, in order to define a potential deadline related to the customer needs. ● Product management: Working group organization, bills of materials, production support and logistic analysis. ● Quality check: Production support for quality control, tests or certifications. ● Site management Site works coordination and supervision within the limits of the contract budget. ● Project cost control: Profit evaluation net of costs.
