Gulf of Aqaba Project, with the following job role: ● Reviewing structural design drawings, calculations / documents and adhere to the project documentation, program, specification, standards, budget, etc. ● Undertake structural design management in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget. ● Support the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of structural design works. ● Managing the Structural Peer Review process between all parties (Design Consultant and Peer Reviewer) to achieve a close out report cover all structural main issues. ● Motivating and encouraging internal and external design review teams. ● Ensuring designs deliverables as per project time schedule and as per design stages. ● Reviewing structural reports, drawings and documents as per project procedures. In addition to that to ensure delivery of the design documents on time, to a high quality as per client procedures, standards and international codes. ● Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools. ● Perform site visits on a regular basis, with responsibility for reporting to the Project Technical Director and assisting in daily project execution.

With the following job duties: ● Collaborate with sub-contractors, consultant, and internal engineering teams. ● Ensure technical compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards. ● Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and test plans as applicable. ● Report progress, issues, and risks to the project leadership team. ● Consult with lead engineers and project managers on technical issues, staffing requirements, man-hour estimates and schedule issues relating to project commitments. ● Monitor progress and performance of all engineers to assure quality of work product and to ensure project specifications are applied. ● Support the Engineering Directorate and site technical for all structural work and site solving issues. ● Coordinate between Structural, Architectural and MEPtrades. ● Provide coordination between all stakeholders to comply project specifications. ● Conduct meetings with the project designer, consultant and other stakeholders to provide structural work status and obtain design update as per site condition. ● Review designs and submittals prepared by sub-contractors. ● Manage in-house design teams for all MEPhanging system and prepare design proposals to solve specific site issue and get consultant approval. ● Coordinate with steel sub-contractors and prepare design review for all their technical submissions prior submitting for consultant approval. ● Review the structural drawings, reports, specifications at each stage of design. ● Ensure strong communication between teams.

Petroleum Institute Center project, Abu Dhabi. ● The project comprises of: Male Conference Center, Natatorium, Car Park and Mosque. ● Basement + Ground + Mezzanine + First + Second and Roof floors. 2. Jaheziya Multi Agency Training Facility, Abu Dhabi. ● The project comprises of: Academic Buildings zone, Practical Training Buildings zone, ● PracticalTrainingProps zone. 3. Residential Palace, AbuDhabi. ● The project comprises of: Basement and Ground floors with 4000 Sq.m. built up area. 4. Studding many governmental tender proposals.

Working for the following projects: ● Design review of King Abd ALLAH financial District” KAFD” project, Riyadh. The project is 14 towers consist of 4 basements + Gr + 9 to 40 typical floors. Design was performed by different international consultants as: SOM, Buro Happold, Dar Al Handasah, WSP, Thornton Tomasetti and Halverson & Partners. ● Review of Tabuk international Airport project, Tabuk. Design was performed by Khatib & Alamiconsultant. ● Design of buildings for “Public Service Center” project, Makah Al Mukaramah. The main consultant is Etqan engineering consultants. ● Design review of "King Faisal Specialist Hospital" project, Jeddah. The main consultant is SaudiDiyar. ● Design of the Tarek Bin Zyiad cast in situ tunnel project, Jeddah. ● Design of "Haj Residential Tower" project, Makah Al Mukaramah. The tower consists of basement + Gr + Mez + 18 typicalfloors. ● Design of "Ifta Head Quarter Tower" project, Riyadh. The tower consists of 2 basements + Gr + Mez + 20 typical floors. ● Design review of Increasing Mataf Capacity Holy Haram project, Makah Al Mukaramah. Design was performed by DAR Al Handasah consultant.
