● Design and deploy the custom Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test fixtures for validating EV Battery Management Systems (BMS) and other ECUs. ● Develop and automate test sequences using LabVIEW, Test Stand, and Python, enhancing test efficiency and reliability. ●Integrate DAQ hardware (NI, Keysight) and control instruments (PLCs, oscilloscopes, DMMs) into real-time HIL environments. ●Develop and execute automated HIL test sequences, improving test coverage, repeatability, and efficiency; analyze results using tools like CANalyzer and DIAdem. ● Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define test requirements, troubleshoot HIL system integration issues, and support product validation. ● Create and maintain detailed documentation for test procedures, system configurations, and validation reports, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.

● Demonstrated expertise in Testing & Compliance evaluation of EMI/EMC Testing for Automotive & Avionics products, adhering to standards such as IEC 61000 & MIL-STD 461G. ● Proficient in using 3D EM Simulation Software tools like CST,HFSS for accurate analysis and modeling, as well as PCB design tools like Orcad for electronic Circuit Design. ● Knowledge of ADC/DACs, Communication Interface like RS232/UART, SPI, I2C, USB and different motors like DC, BLDC and Stepper.
