Develop and maintain LabVIEW applications for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing of Battery Management Systems (BMS) in electric vehicle (EV), integrating embedded systems with real- time validation environments. ● Integrate hardware with LabVIEW software for data acquisition, ensuring accurate diagnostics and system performance. ● Automate HIL testing processes using LabVIEW (Test Stand & VeriStand), enhancing testing efficiency and accuracy. & analyse the Results using different tools (like Canalyzer, Diadem). ● Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing requirements and troubleshoot HIL system integration issues. ● Create documentation for test procedures, results, and system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
