I am encharge of 60 people. ● Responsible the area of aluminum, I am in charge for both shifts(first and second shift). ● I make 5’s in all the area everyday, production line balancing, Make team building with the other areas, (engineering, quality, planning, maintenance) to resolve problems in the area, I make continuous improvement in all area. Main Accomplishments: ● Reduce the RMA from 5% to 2% on the first 2 quarter. ● Follow all the schedule that we have in the area daily, from 30% (Q2’24) to 75% (Q1’25). ● WE reduce the most urgent work order and past due, from 40% (Q2’24) to 70% (Q1’25). ● Personel turnover less than 5%. ● I am participate for the project of Kaizen for assembly doors, we increase 2 doors to 4 doors per hour. ● Increase the production goal for the 22 caps to 30 caps daily.

● Responsible the area of Switches to schedule production plan for differents customers like Collins, Gulfstream, Embraer, etc. ● I have 40 employees including controller of production and technitians. ● I have a lot of communications of differents areas like fabrications, optics and maintenance. Main Accomplishments: ● Schedule and follow the production plan, we increase to 80% to 95% of schedule. ● Meet production goals, increase from 500 switches (Q1’23) to 650 switches (Q4’23) per week. ● Use SAP to release planned orders. ● I am in charge of project of 5S and reduce shortfalls in the production area, increase 20% of production accommodate all the bins and work orders. ● In charge of project of green belt to reduce defects of machine, I increase the first pass yield from 75% to 95% in four months.

● Responsible of area DSM (Dual Side Mold), I have 60 employees for all the area, the principal target is meet the goal that have the corporative. ● I make 5’s in all the area everyday, production line balancing, Make team building with the other areas to resolve problems in the area, I make continuous improvement in all area. Main Accomplishments: ● Personel turnover less than 5%. ● Meet production goals. We increase 10 % of production in six months maken visual aids and trainings. ● Prepare and maintain production reports. ● Review ,monitors and adjust the schedule where needed. ● Determine and implement improvements to the production process we increase 10% of training and reduce the defects.

● I was in charge of Cube lines for all the plant. ● I have 120 employees in charge including operators, leaders, supervisors,technicians and quality engineer. ● I was in charge of the transfer of the cubes lines from Michigan to Mexicali, we increase the goal of cubes, we had 450 cubes per week and we increase at 550 cubes per week Main Accomplishments: ● Meet production goal, I increase 25% in the first quarter of 2015. ● Prepare and maintain production reports. ● Prepare the KPI for scrap, efficient, production, reworks, returns of customer, quality and shipments. ● We reduce 15% of scrap of cardboard from Q1’16 to Q2’16. ● OEE: from 40% (Q1’15) to 75% (Q3’15). ● Redesing the lines to increase the goal, we increase 35% of production, we change from straight line to U shape. ● Determinate the human resources required, we reduce 10% of the people.

● Responsible to coordinate 6 Supervisors, technician, operators, and engineers. ● Reduce line cycle time to increase output, improving processes like kaizen, use lean manufacturing skill in production lines, increase the goal of production lines using kaizen, implementing just in time and reducing quality problems, I was in charge or Cricket, Samsung and Motorola areas.
