● Lead the team of BMS Engineers, providing guidance, support and technical expertise. ● Design, implement and maintain advanced BMS solutions tailored to meet client requirements. ● Oversee BMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines. ● Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to BMS functionality, ensuring optimal system performance. ● Collaborate with other team to integrate BMS with other building system for seamless operations. ● Stay with current industrial trend and technology updates, implementing system upgrade and routine maintenance. ● Provide training to team members and clients on BMS functionality and best practice. ● Maintain thorough documentation of BMS configuration steps and project details.

● Examining and coordinating system-related drawings, alongside the implementation of on-site activities. ● Attend meeting with clients and update project progress and ensure compliance with contractual and technical details and rise site clarification for any project discrepancy. ● Keep tracking with project plan and submission of project requirements. ● Supervising and executing the site works with related approved drawing and direct coordinate with consultant and subcontractors with site condition. ● Following with supplier and manufacturers for materials required for site works. ● Configuring and Programming of all MEP equipment through BMS software’s. ● Integration of Third party equipment to BMS from different modes of the Protocol. ● Preparing logical sequence as per the design to execute the proper operation of the system. ● Monthly routine checking of PPM, Troubleshooting & breakdown activities of BMS Systems.

● Lead the Technical team for successful execution of HVAC Maintenance contract activities. ● Troubleshooting and maintaining all kind of Mechanical & electrical system equipment's such as Chillers, Package AC units , cold storage room , Clean room refrigerators. ● Monthly routine checking of PPM, Troubleshooting & breakdown activities. ● Prepares the list of scheduled task with the co-ordination of operation manager and facilities managements, distribute it to all electricians and technicians.

● Pre-commissioning and testing of DDC panels. ● Calibration of field sensor and transducers. ● Reviewing MEP shop drawings to identify HVAC related equipment, dampers and sensors. ● Testing of control valves, actuators, air flow stations etc. ● DDC software programming and testing in the field. ● Reviewing of control specifications and sequence of operations. ● Preparation of BMS MS/TP and IP network architectures. ● Troubleshooting BMS MS/TP and IP networks.
