The project scope involves: ● Construction of a 20km main carriageway flexible pavement road (single carriageway). ● Construction of an additional 20km feeder roads around Muhoroni and Songhor areas. ● Construction of drainage structures along the road corridor where streams and rivers cross the project corridor, i.e., box culverts, pipe culverts, and a bridge (across Nyando River). My duties: ● Preparation of interim payment certificates (IPC) and measurement of works. ● Preparation of project reports. ● Project planning and management. ● Quality control. ● Overall project supervision and execution.

Construction of Mombasa southern Bypass road project in Kwale County (Mwache to Tsunza road section). The project scope involved: ● 10km flexible pavement construction – Road pavement works. ● Installation of road furniture. ● Construction of bridges. ● Assembly of aggregate crushing plant (125 ton/hr). ● Assembly and setting up of an asphalt batching plant (100 ton/hr). My duties: ● Conducting site surveys and setting out the road alignment, levels, and grades. ● Overseeing tests on construction materials (e.g., concrete, aggregates) to ensure they meet project specifications. ● Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. ● Ensuring that all necessary resources (materials, labor, equipment) are available when needed. ● Preparation of construction drawings in AutoCAD. ● Supervising daily site operations to ensure that construction activities are carried out according to the plans and specifications. ● Monitoring the quality of work and materials, ensuring they meet the required standards. ● Enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations. ● Addressing any technical issues that arise during construction, providing practical solutions.

Design and Construction of Nyerere – Mbaraki road in Mombasa. The project scope involved: ● 1.1 km rigid concrete pavement. ● 1 km long drainage system for Mombasa city. Design and Construction of Kipevu road Mombasa. The project scope involved: ● 1.4 km rigid concrete pavement. ● 40 m bridge over railway line. ● 3 oil pipelines.
