● Ensures that WI and Rig less operations are carried out safely, according to good oil practices, in compliance with current legislation, with the Client's HSE-QR program, standards and procedures. ● Oversees and controls the quality of the activities provided by product service lines(FRAC, Wireline, Coil Tubing, Testing, Stimulation, and Slick Line) and subcontractors. ● Supervise day-to-day filed operations at the well site. ● Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of the equipment’s. ● Ensure that HSE goals, Operational Integrity, company Standards and Well Objectives are not compromised during well operations. ● Responsible for all well operations, reporting and protection the health & safety of the employees, contractors and the general public from any harm resulting from operations. ● Ensure efficient, safe, and economical execution of completion projects. ● Monitor service providers through formal audit and inspections to promote good HSE & oil field practice ● Coordinates and super visesrig less site operations according to schedule and related service contracts. ● Ensures contractors personnel, services and materials are available on site, to allow continuity of operations. ● Follows the course of operations and gives instructions regarding program changes, according to the directives received. ● Regularly reports the progress of operations to the Client's contact person, and agrees on any corrective actions, if necessary. ● Check the documentation issued by the contractors, verifying the compliance between the activities carried out with the contractual conditions. ● Ensures preparation of reports and feedback and prepares final well reports and ticket.

● Follow-up of safety concerns for all activities onboard: hot works, confine spaces entries, heavy lifting, hazardous material handling, and waste management. ● Performing Audits/Inspections in accordance with client SOP and International Standards. ● Undertaking, reporting and managing actions arising from a required audits& inspection, providing an oversight of effectiveness of on- board SMS implementation and compliance. Monitor HSE plan progress. ● Conduct HSE performance analysis, e.g. KPIs, HSE Statistics,segment driving performance, etc. ● Cascade the learning from incidents to relevant parties and facilitate the area incident actions tracking close out. ● In charge of HSE matters related to pre-commissioning and commissioning. ● Ensure that HSE risks for project activities are identified and assessed. Following up areas of continuous improvement. ● Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. ● Review the effectiveness and preparedness for medical emergency response. ● Ensure that site emergency response plan is available on site & identify the first aid & emergency response team on site. ● Ensure H2S equipment on site are properly maintained, inventoried & accessible in case of emergency. ● Participate in HEMS reviews to ensure that system objectives are being met fully & the structure is effective. ● Acts as matrix manager for HSE and personnel on location. ● Ensure implementation of all drills as per drill schedule. ● Provide clear leadership to the team to ensure all members are delivering relevant, effective support& value to internal functions and external parties. ● Induct current and new employees and crew on company QHSSE policies and procedures. ● Follow up on implementation of waste disposal procedure and ensure all hazardous wastes are documented with disposal notice. ● Ensure monthly performance data is collated effectively, is accurate and is submitted on-time to the Group QHSSE department. ● Oversight of local compliance with all legislative, operational, client-driven and internal standards, to ensure timely completion of all required audits and inspections, and the retention of associated certification/licenses. ● Minimal potential legislative, operational and administrative non-conformity. ● All findings and proposed actions are recorded, managed and effectively closed out within agreed timeframes. ● Support contractors and participate in their meetings including gate meeting, TBT etc.

● Facilitate the implementation of HES Management System (HESMS) &EMS (Emergency Management System), including program implementation, audits, MOC, inspections, contractor HES program support, and other HES activities. ● HSE support and coordination for all Rigs & Rig less well completion operations as per Saudi Aramco guidelines and standards. ● Complies and manages the Safety and Environment documentation in accordance with applicable Safety and Environment standards, legislation. ● Liaising with company HSE department on regular basis. Ensure proper storage of combustible material in accordance with Saudi Aramco HAZCOM. ● Serves as the Champion for HES and the Customer’s Health, Safety and Environment regulations, expectations and guidelines. ● Closely monitor safety performance of Rigs,sites, unit’s equipment & personnel as per D&WOD/SAWCOD /WCOPED/HSERM. ● Ensures that the JSA’s and the Risk assessment recommendations are respected and taken in consideration prior starting the Job. ● Risk assessment of Well Testing / CTU / FRAC / E-line /Slick Line/ WHIT equipment’s. ● Prior to moving to next location , make sure to perform the road survey of location to check area safety and well site accessibility and arrange new location site layout. ● Supervise and monitor Zipper FRAC operations for Unconventional Gas wells. ● Supervise and monitor pump down operation for E-line with FRAC pumps. ● Supervise and monitor laydown of pipeline operation from water wells to oil & gas production wells. ● Monitors improvements through the preparation and implementation of HSE Audits and Inspections. ● Control and monitor FSR system for all high pressure lines. ● Consolidates monthly accidents/ man-hour statistics for the site and report collected information to corporate HSE. ● Leads or participates in incident investigations, including near misses, property damage, injuries, occupational illness and spills. ● Maintenance of all Life Saving Equipment’s & safety Equipment’s and production activities on site are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company Safety policy. ● Promotes safety awareness to the workforce through HSE meetings / Trainings and through safety committee. ● Monitor CHB & MSDS of chemicals & required safety precaution for handling & mixing Chemicals. ● Assists with the development and implementation of safe operating & emergency response procedures, manuals, bulletins and other safety publications ● Prepared Emergency response plan ERP for well site location and implement in case of any emergency. ● Monitor PTW/WAP, especially for critical activities. ● Conduct regular PTW /LOTO Audits and communicate the finding to take the proper rectification actions. ● Daily liaison with consultants, client’ssafety department on the Permit to Work System/WAP, Health & Safety regulations and requirements. ● Show a good HSE Documents filing and maintain a frequent updates for these documents to fit with the real work progress and ready in case of any business or audit need. ● Plan& monitor rig/site move, conduct safety meeting with all crew including transporter’s drivers, helper’s & rig move supervisor’s.
