● Manage the design process and collaborate with design consultants (ARC, MEPF, C&S) to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and Client/Tenant requirements. ● Manage and prepare all legal documents required for authority approval submissions, including the master plan, feasibility report, firefighting approval, and construction permit. ● Liaise directly with local authorities to obtain legal approvals. ● Review and optimize designs to reduce construction costs. ● Evaluate contractor proposals for value engineering opportunities. ● Support the Quantity Surveying (QS) team in reviewing BOQ, cost estimation, tender documentation, clarification of tender queries, and processing variation orders. ● Coordinate with structural designers and suppliers to implement precast structures (columns, beams, slab panels) in the project.

● Manage structural design of GO! Malls from concept to completion stage. ● Collaborate with internal teams (Concept, Operation & Maintenance, Leasing, Supermarket) to gather and clarify requirements. ● Coordinate with design consultants to ensure designs meet applicable standards, regulations, O&M, and tenant requirements. ● Review drawings and reports for authority submission, including master plan, basic design, firefighting design, and technical design. ● Optimize design solutions to reduce overall project costs. ● Evaluate value engineering proposals from contractors. ● Support the Quantity Surveying (QS) team in BOQ validation, cost estimation, tender documentation, clarification of tender queries, and variation orders. ● Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor construction progress; perform periodic site walks to verify construction quality. ● Review RFIs, RFAs, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure alignment with design specifications. ● Assess supervision reports and as-built documentation for compliance and accuracy.

● Manage site design (telecom towers) for the Vietnamobile project. ● Collaborate with Technical Site Survey, Civil, and Antenna teams to collect and confirm design requirements. ● Review design drawings, calculation reports from subcontractors, and inspection reports from third-party evaluators. ● Coordinate with the Site Acquisition team to prepare documentation for obtaining construction permits from local authorities. ● Support the Project Manager in monitoring construction progress, providing technical solutions when site conditions deviate from survey results, and checking BOQ for acceptance. ● Prepare and submit as-built documentation to the customer.

● Manage structural design during the construction stage. ● Collaborate with ARC and MEP teams to review designs and identify conflicts before issuing them to the supervision team and contractor. ● Coordinate with design consultants to respond to RFIs and RFAs. ● Review and approve proposed methods for rectifying construction defects. ● Review and approve shop drawings to ensure compliance with the latest design and client instructions. ● Work with design consultants to evaluate and approve contractors’ alternative proposals aimed at cost savings or accelerating construction timelines. ● Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the client. ● Review as-built drawings and compile documentation for firefighting system approval and final project acceptance.
