● Analyze RFPs for utility-scale photovoltaic projects and develop the solar array scope for the basis of the proposal. ● Create PV generation models in PVSyst and/or PVdesign to evaluate contractual obligations for PV project performance.

● Analyze product and/or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine optimal designs. ● Apply engineering principles to design, modify, or develop renewable power facilities, during preconstruction phase. ● Review and analyze applicable engineering components, such as civil, structural, electrical or controls, of renewable energy project as they relate and/or impact project performance.

● Determine feasibility of designs considering costs, time limitations, planning, and other technical and economic factors. ● Create and review project layouts using modeling software (PVDesign, AutoCAD, etc.). ● Review and comment on contractor submittals and requests for information as they relate to project performance.
