● Analyze energy consumption data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities from diverse sources, including smart meters, utility bills, and energy management systems. ● Create interactive dashboards for real-time energy consumption insights by using Bi tool (Qlik Sense and Looker Studio). ● Conduct energy audits and site inspections to assess equipment and facility efficiency. ● Recommend and implement strategies to optimize HVAC, lighting, insulation, and renewable energy integration. ● Perform energy modeling using Homer Pro to optimize energy systems and evaluate renewable energy solutions. Assess feasibility and benefits of solar, wind, etc. ● Monitor consumption, set energy targets, and track performance using energy management tools. ● Prepare detailed reports, interactive dashboards, and presentations to communicate energy performance and efficiency initiatives to stakeholders. ● Work with the internal teams, and external partners to ensure the best possible service is delivered at all times. ● Perform Solar Energy audit for carbon credits verification. ● Compare existing energy consumption levels with normative data using regression analysis to identify usage patterns and benchmarks. ● Manage energy-related projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of energy solutions within budgetary constraints. ● Prepare technical reports, and documentation related to energy projects. Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders, and management.

To conduct an energy assessment of different industries, especially textile & leather industries located in Karachi. Energy Audit activities, in general, will include: ● The activity starts at the utility meters, locating all energy sources coming into a facility. ● Identification of energy streams for each fuel as well as electricity including own electricity generation facility. ● Quantification of energy streams into discrete functions (systems/equipment etc.). ● Evaluation of the efficiency of each of those functions (systems/equipment etc.). ● Identification of energy and cost-saving opportunities and analyzing the impact of improvements. Some areas of energy-saving opportunities are: Energy Bill Analysis, Improvement of PF, Electrical Supply and Distribution System, Analysis of Electric Power Quality, Thermal imaging of LT panels and electrical motors, Identification of overloading and under loading of motors, Distribute Electric motors into their efficiency class, Fan and Blower system Efficiency improvement, Energy savings by application of energy-efficient lighting system, HVAC, Compressed Air System, Boiler, etc. ● Preparation of a detail assessment report and action plan that covers the present status of the industry, identified issues and grey areas where energy could be saved. ● Quantify energy consumption to establish baselines for energy use or need. ● Recommendations of energy efficient interventions, their cost benefit analysis and payback periods. ● Preparation of performance report that highlights the improvement in the energy consumption after the actual implementation of recommended interventions. ● Benchmark energy consumption and compare with standards. ● Conduct energy audit with equipment’s such as data logger, thermal imager camera, lux meter, stroboscope, 3 phase power clamp meters, and Tachometer. ● Develop and Implement ISO 50001 Energy Management System with clause wise in five industries.
