Initiated an impactful lead, focused on the company vision, GIVO 2.0 Centre Redesign: ● In charged of data collection and analysis; Visited the GIVO existed Centers across Lagos Nigeria to collect pieces of data, identified areas for improvement, and analyze processes for design modifications. ● Provided expert advice on center redesign, layout, and safety operations, recommended measures to enhance efficiency and mitigate hazards. ● Collaborated with the international Pro-bono /contractor from Ocean Hubs in South Africa and contributed to the adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE design platform, while I assisted with part design during the projects.

● Conducted and carried out the works of the facility maintenance, ensured JIT, WIP and task are completed effectively and according to the standard. ● Impliemented, improved and enforced policies and procedures that increased the quality and operational effectiveness of the Company. ● Ensured the departments complied with the safety regulation and promoted safe work environment.

● During this period, I was thought on operational principle of machine (OPM/SOP) which is the prerequisite to troubleshooting skill in engineering field. ● Likewise, I had hand on practical experience on how to execute breakdown on TF SECTION, EXTRUSION SECTION and LAMINATING SECTION; and planned maintenance of the machines, installed components/parts like rollers(nip), circular loom shuttle and bearings and overhaul machines that are due for overhauling like extruder, to further enhance the technical life span of the machines. ● This was under the supervision of Engr. Gideon, the Assistant Manager mechanical and Engr. Adebayo A, the Head of Engineering department in 2020. ● Participated in all monthly Store keep and documentation during the training. ● Effectively assisted in conduction of junior staffs’ appraisals and file keep under the supervision of Mr. Solomon Ofueu, department of human resources.
