● Key technical responsibility for ensuring operational assurance for Chevron offshore platform, Block 14 & Block 0 Angola. ● Responsible for day to day maintenance and repair of asset as well as planning, logistics and administration of the maintenance strategic equipment in line with international standards, safety regulations and sound maintenance philosophies and engineering practices. ● Portfolio includes; but not limited to; Vessel Clean/Repairs Campaigns, Corroded Pipe Replacement and Upgrades and Offshore Platforms Structural Upgrade and Motorisation. ● Key technical responsibility for the execution of project work-scopes per contract and design and managing deliverables as well as overseeing the design and completion of maintenance procedures. ● Skilled in supporting the development of basis of designs, specifications, data sheets, P&ID’s, calculations as well as supporting detailed design across engineering interfaces. ● Review and Supervised maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules; developed, interpreted and implemented policies and procedures; evaluated staff and made hiring recommendations; and ensured that staff were trained in complex maintenance activities and followed standard operating procedures. ● Managed project performance reporting across all projects internally to project board and externally to clients ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project performance. ● Traced and resolved critical issues to minimise project risk factors and supported the establishment of robust change management and QA procedures. ● Actively liaised with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant standards. Also provided support and guidance during Statutory and Regulatory Inspections. ● Conducted annual equipment testing, inspections, maintained and audited records as well as performing staff evaluations and exercises for safety equipment proficiency. ● Ordered, tracked and inventoried tools, parts and materials used for corrective and preventative maintenance in line with budgetary requirements. ● Other responsibilities included: Monitoring and participating in operations in assigned sections including inspecting projects, developing and implementing modifications and improvements, recommending specifications and scheduling for specific tasks as well as inspecting contractor's work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures were followed.

● Performed as Project Engineer and Project Manager for a variety of public and private civil design projects. ● Technical expert with Development of Highway Design and Calculation Projects, Development of Highway Drainage Projects,Development of Urban Drainage Projects, Development of Urban Planning Projects, Calculation and Design of Metallic Structures and Connections (Euro Code) and Calculation and Design of Concrete Structures (Euro Code). ● Also responsible for competence development of students covering civil engineering subjects such as Roadways of Communication I (Highway Design), Roadways of Communication II (Highway Design), Geographic Information Systems, Urban and Regional Planning, Drawing and Computer Graphics (Drawing with CAD System 2D and 3D), Energy and Environment in Transport and Technical Drawing. ● Worked in a fast paced, multi-project environment. Performed well on small projects with marginal budgets and schedules. Excelled at plans, specifications and estimates. ● Commercial site development experience includes private projects such as quarries, asphalt plants, office buildings, bus terminals and parking lots. ● Preparation, development and review of project Health and Safety plans and risk assessments with multidisciplinary teams to maintain HSE standards.
