Duties and Responsibilities: ● Sole responsibility for the delivery of the project, design and construction interfaces at program level. ● Manage and coordinate all interfaces between client and other Civil contractors. ● Chair meetings and competently communicate with clients and other contractors. ● Manage and develop Interface Control Documents to agree technical and installation requirements of Telecom Systems with the Civil Contractor. ● Carry out site visits with client and Civil Contractors. ● Attend weekly site coordination meetings to solve interface and site issues. ● Manage the team of 6 Station Leads. ● Manage and develop all of the key interfaces required at all levels to meet the project contract objectives. ● Coordinate system integration activities with all contractors and support the review process. ● Prepare weekly progress trackers and presentation and present to client. ● Write letters to the client and contractors for potential details. ● Ensure health and safety at site.

Duties and Responsibilities: ● Review contractor's material submittals, Shop drawings, as built, testing & Commissioning procedures, method statements for compliance with the drawings and specifications, particularly any hold points. ● Ensure stakeholder’s compliance with the client’s project specifications in accordance with the Qatar Construction Standards (QCS). ● Review contractor's inspection and test plans and job safety and environmental analyses. ● Work closely with the contractor in the event of non-conformance with the drawings and specifications to develop methods that will ensure the construction is in accordance with the design intent. E.g. assessing and responding to Non-Conformance Requests (NCR). ● Work with the contractor to develop alternative design solutions that support the construction program/methodology whilst maintaining design intent. E.g. responding to Requests for Information (RFIs). ● Chair weekly ELV progress meeting & co-ordination meetings with the contractor and client relating to site activities and program. ● Manage Snagging and De-snagging through Zutec system. ● Respond to site RFIs, conducting reviews of specialist suppliers or contractor prepared designs, and attending site meetings to resolve construction issues. ● Manage meetings and correspondence with the contractor including minutes and action items. ● Ensure contractor’s progress reports are updated, all information’s provided are factual and accurate. ● Ensure site works are carried out as per approved shop drawings. ● Monitor construction works. ● Keep records and related data of design progress in order to maintain regular / timely update to head of department. ● ConductsiteQA/QC audit and issue NCR as and when necessary and monitor and track all documentsubmittals. ● Undertaking overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements. ● Review the contractor’s progress at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities: ● Carry out T&C activities at site. ● Prepare IO point list and cable schedules. ● Coordinate site works with other contractors, consultants and clients. ● Ensure quality control. ● Plan site activities. ● Highlight flaws in panel wiring diagrams, shop drawings and layouts. ● Conduct site inspections with consultant and clients. ● Attend meetings with consultant and client to discuss the progress on site. ● Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports as submitted by sub-contractor and report any deficiency or non-compliance.

Projects: ● Lusail CP1 SCADA Tunnel. End User: Qatari Diar. Duites and Responsabilités: ● Supervise all site activities including cable laying, installation and termination. ● Monitor the progress of construction works, preparing in this regard reports depicting the status of such works, and outlining the ways forward. ● Coordinate interfaces and overlaps tying in the projects. ● Documentation of site reports, daily reports a n d other relevant documentation. ● Manage onsite resources and customers to meet project requirements in line with QCS (Qatar Construction Standards). ● Coordinate with contractors, consultantsand clients. ● Ensure quality of work on site and planning of site activities. ● Making changes in the IO points list as per site conditions. ● Prepare red marked up drawings. ● Ensure quality control at HSE at site. ● Conducted site inspections with consultant. ● Supervised FOC (Fiber Optic Cable) work at site. ● Supervised splicing activities of FOC like splicing of Joint Closures, Media Convertors, 12FTBs and 4FTBs.
