● Introduced the KPI monitoring mechanism of the Maintenance dept, focusing on (MTTR and MTBF) to upkeep the system and reduce the corrective maintenance.
● Collaborated with DK&G Ltd. (Korea) in the erection of the Trim Chassis Final Shop extension project to improve the facility's design (2021) for introducing the Andon System.
● Resolved punch list of Plastic Paint Shop project in time with PAILANT Ltd. (Korea) (2021).
● Coordinated with Taikisha Ltd. (Japan) in the Paint Shop Facility extension project (2022).
● Planned and completed the annual maintenance shutdown of the facility on time.
● Schedule, record and deploy preventive maintenance programs for the equipment installed in the Body, Paint and Trim Chassis Final facilities.
● Manage and document all corrective maintenance and breakdown activities, including detailed RCA reports for critical breakdowns. Compute equipment reliability through condition-based monitoring to improve MTTR and MTBF reports.
● Prepare the control documentation for the maintenance department according to the IMS objectives and follow the procedures of ISO 9001:2015. Facilitate internal and external audits related to the HMC (Hyundai Motor Corporation) and compliance with the objectives.
● Arrange to purchase general, consumables and critical safety asset spares for the machinery by generating SAP codes & purchase requests on SAP and coordinate with local and international suppliers for the exact purchase.
● Aid in the preparation of a detailed departmental annual budget by the analysis of the previous year's consumption of the material and the forecast of spare consumption and procurement.
● Act as the technical resource to address and resolve any maintenance-related inquiries and problems, aiding and training in troubleshooting when plant equipment malfunctions. Train the new trainees/MTOs about equipment operations, maintenance practices, facility safety hazards, tools & gadgets and professional growth.
● Collaborate with the HSE department during critical maintenance jobs and comply with all the safety regulations as required in all shops.
● Know the repair, troubleshooting, and operation of PLC-controlled automatic Andon systems, sensors, rotary and static equipment, valves, heat exchangers, pneumatics and hydraulics, air supply systems, ovens, conveyors, and spray booth balancing systems.
● Perform schedule calibrations in-house on electronic, analytical instruments & equipment to maintain functionality and accuracy.
● Design and fabrication of production support equipment and the modification in the design of new projects and continuous improvement of the existing process and equipment.
● Proficient in utilizing SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including managing maintenance tasks, tracking equipment reliability, and generating performance reports to optimize asset lifecycle management.
