Mainly focus on Axle manufacturing machinery and researching and development. Responsibilities: ● Off-highway axle: Truck Crane(60,90,100T), Grader. Loader(135 to 190hp) ,mine truck new axle introduction. ● On-highway axle: Truck, bus new axle introduction. ● Axle test lab, field test and data analyse. ● Efficiency test development. ● Carrier noise, life test. ● Salt Spray. ● FEA and simulation. ● New product review process (Include different design gateway review, DFMEA).

Mainly focus on manufacturing agriculture machinery and researching and development, the No2 agriculture manufacture in the world. Responsibilities: ● Lead new product introduction team for cost, quality, reliability and time for combine (2 model, release more than 4000 drawing, test has done, has production), corn picker (released more than 3000 drawings, test has done), surge crane and headers (Grain header and corn header 4 model, released more than 1500 drawing, test has done, has production). ● Lead combine, corn picker, surge picker and headers engineering design team. ● Lead all harvesting machine test. ● Support CKD/SKD introduction and SSB (Baler) localization.

Responsibilities: Engineering management for new product design for emerging market and current product engineering such as localization of existing products within own product line(s). The details are below: ● Coordination of cross-product line workload, development of competencies and resource sharing within PDC China. ● Lead design team to develop and validate 1175E rotary drill(Surface): - Electric Motor instead Diesel Engine. - New cable system, new electric system include control box. - New cab. - New frame. ● Lead D245E rotary drill redesign;(Same as 1175E). ● Lead DD311 drill redesign(Underground): - New hydraulic system for underground mine near sea. - New FOPS Cab.
