● Performing Finite Element Analysis (Non-linear, Fatigue, Weld, Optimization) on various Chassis components for design validation and to optimize mass & cost. ● Designed a cross-member for Model 3 based on Topology Optimization which is 19% lighter despite being 1% stiffer than the existing design (without any material substitution).

● Conceptualized & evaluated 5 design proposals for Model 3 & Model Y Chassis Sub Frame based on gauge optimization. ● Simulated Stiffness, Strength and Fatigue loads in Hypermesh (Optistruct) & nCode to select the best proposal resulting in mass reduction of 750 grams.
